Our Responsibilities

  • Your personal details and information will be handled with care, kept confidential, and only used to complete the tasks you request in line with GDPR. We are also registered with the ICO, and any personal data will be destroyed when no longer needed in line with legislation.

  • We will arrange appointments for you, but we cannot sign up for services on your behalf due to privacy and security reasons. We also will not take or make payments for services on your behalf.

  • Your VA will be reachable during agreed service hours and will respond to your requests promptly and professionally. Your assistant is a real person and not AI, so please communicate with them with courtesy and respect, and we commit to doing the same. We aim to review all requests within two hours. At the earliest opportunity, we will inform you of when you can expect the task to be completed and when it is done.

  • We’ll handle reasonable requests such as scheduling services, reviewing options, sending reminders, and supporting you with administration. We commit to ensuring you are well informed, in line with a tailored communication plan we will arrange with you when you first sign up
